Arni Pállsson
Einar Erickson's Nephew by his sister Kristin.


Born 8 September 1879 in Vestmannaeyjar, the son of Pall Arnason, born 22 February 1852 at Vilborgstadur in Vestmannaeyjar, died 2 August 1936 in Spanish Fork, Utah; and Kristin Eiriksdottir, born 6 December 1842 at Laga-Kotey, Langholts, Vestur-Skaftafell, died 10 October 1934, in Spanish Fork, Utah.

In 1881 he immigrated to Spanish Fork, Utah with his mother and brother, Einar. His father followed the next year. He married Emily Johnson 24 May 1906 in Provo, Utah. Emily was born 28 November 1886 in Duluth, Minnesota. Emily is the daughter of Einar Hermann Jonson, born 2 December 1854, died 28 November 1924; and Gudrun Hallgrimsdottir, born 1 April 1857 died 19 September in Duluth Minnesota. Arni and Emily had six children: Cecil, Christine, Willis Heber, Helen, Autney P. and Jack. He built his home on 600 East and 400 South in Spanish Fork.

In Utah he went by Autna Paul Johnson. He was a farmer and a good father. He died in Spanish Fork after a battle with tuberculosis. He died 14 August 1920 and is buried in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
